Return policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
1,The products must be in original condition and have the original labels and tags.
2.The packaging must not be damaged and must be in original condition.
3.The items to be returned must not show signs of use.
Notice. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
You have to pay the return costs by yoursef. Kingsley Club does NOT pay for the retour costs.
Always make sure your parcel is labelled with a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of posting with a track & trace code. Returns by post without a track & trace code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail about the receipt of the return. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Return procedure:
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team to request a return label. We will then also be informed that your return is on its way. You can send an e-mail to info@kingsleyclub.co.uk
Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Returns are always at the risk of the sender, return costs will not be refunded.
Wrong article or wrong size?
If you have received the wrong article or the wrong size, we will send you the correct article free of charge!
Refund
On average, we refund our returns within 3-5 working days of receipt.
